Chief Advisor Product Implementation (November 2009 to current) – Demand Response – System Operator Transmission Division, Eskom.
Develop and continuously improve complex Demand Response products from a Utility/industry perspective to ensure the ease of implementation and participant acceptance. Conduct cross-divisional workshops in Eskom with peers and senior management transferring product knowledge and industry experience.
Negotiate and facilitate the successful implementation of the program at customer’s Director and Managerial levels. The program offers customers that meets the criteria the opportunity to receive monetary compensation for voluntarily reducing load during Eskom Supply or Network constraints.
Manage contracted participants’ performance and payments.
